Good for freshers, bad for experience

Cons

Within salary deduction of amount with the name of food coupons (Not sodex etc its INHOUSE) will be deducted and variable pay which is straight 10% of your CTC will also be deducted based on your performance. Never got 100% variable pay in history.

it is not a full termed it company it is a business out sourcing organizing facing the daily challenges in the data oriented process.
