Our President is top notch, and so is our Senior Leadership! Culture is so amazing, as is employee engagement. Entire company is filled with the best of people, so friendly, supportive and always willing to help. They are always rooting for us to win! If you have a great work ethic and can develop valuable ideas, allowing the company grow and succeed, you will be offered greater professional opportunities, promotions, and salary increases! But you have to earn it, 100%,! They routinely reward their employees who are invested and engaged, and always bring their "A" game, doing what ever necessary to achieve a personal or corporate win!

Cons

There is not one I can think of. With such an amazing proffessional environment to work in, most employees truly like their job and it doesn't feel like work most of the time, more like a great professionaljourney!
