I have been with Vee for over 5 years. When I joined here, I had my own reservations like everybody else. However, joining vee turned out to be one of the best decisions I have made. Some of the pros of working at VEE. 1. Learning and self upskilling opportunities 2. Excellent career growth 3. Less of micro managing 4. Freedom of speech in front of the senior management to voice out issues, concerns, ideas 5. Sense of belonging 6. Very good leadership team

We are having good work-life balance at Vee. I have gained good technical knowledge and improved my communication skills after joining Vee. Very friendly management. A novel initiative to improve the leadership skills of every employee, called as Microcompany is very much appreciable and I have not seen such initiatives in my past work experience.
