      I used to work from home , so I don't know about office but our TL was very kind and good he used to clarify all the doughts of our team

      1)low salary package , i used to have 3.3lacks package for anum for 2.5 years of experience other companies would give atleast 4.5L anum for the experience. 2)heavy work when compared to other companies , though the salary is also less . 3)No, QA's (Quality analyst's) for all the team members, so, we have to submit the work within time with 98% quality ,which is little bit tough when the target was more .

      Task requires extra ordinary skills that require training frequently.

      Salary on time but no appreciation for the work we do. Either in salary or by words. No team coordination. No proper supervisor to check the team work.
