      Smart people. Good culture.

      Pros

      Was working with a bunch of really smart and easy going people. Had a good manager at that time. Consistent and high quality internal sales training.

      Cons

      Career development path internally is not great. The company tend to hire from outside rather than promoting employees.

      Overall i have positive experience. The working environment is comfortable, the team is very professional and supportive, company culture encourages collaboration and growth. The salary is competitive, and the benefits package is comprehensive, which is a huge plus.

      Pretty high level of of corporate bureaucracy.

      Pros

      I'm very happy with Veeam. Been here over 3 years. Through recent management shifts the style of working has changed and has started to lean towards micromanagement. Overall if the management team is local, Then chances are you're gonna be very ok. Despite the micromanagement from some managers, the work is still enjoyable and Veeam is still a great company to work for.

      Cons

      New organizational shifts have brought in some managers that are slightly more focused on micromanagement.
