      Pay is decent Friendly environment, full of young people

      Cons

      - Typical american mentality, where you set a seemingly impossible goal and then push those in a non-management role to their limits. - Constant pressure, constant criticism. - Very frustrating to work here in Sales. At one point you think you are doing quite well, then they raise your target for about 40% extra next year - Even worse if you are in Inside Sales as they don't even bother pretending anymore that you are anything other than disposable

      Solid technology, competitive base pay*, respected in SMB and Commercial markets

      Cons

      Notice the asterisk above with regards to pay. Veeam's culture has changed and they saw fit to change pay retroactively and then not pay out at all when I left the company. They have largely stopped providing any answers and I may need to get an attorney involved. Benefits overall are average to below average. Veeam's approach to the Enterprise markets needs to be revisited and revamped.

      Used to be great - felt like a startup, even with initial growth Compensation has gotten much better in the past couple years Low-stress for the most part

      Cons

      Lack of organizational structure - new positions materialize on an "as-needed" basis; sometimes due process of interviews is skipped entirely Fast growth but few opportunities to advance a carreer
