      Good place to start but...

      Pros

      Very dynamic and fast growing company. Good to learn about latest cloud and virtualization technology. Product is easy to sell in majority of the time. Flexible working hours but not all the time.

      Cons

      Pay is below market average. No real appreciation from managers. You are stuck doing the same thing forever without any clear ways on how you can go on with your career and get promoted. Some sales people doesn't have the simple common sense on how to deal with the day to day work.

      Pros

      The product is amazing, and easy to sell. Great people at this company too, lots of hidden talent.

      Cons

      Where to begin with. All the cons come from lack of competent managment. Managment focuses so much on admin work and KPIs that they miss the point of why people work in sales - commission! So many talented people go unnoticed simply because they will undermine the managers if get promoted, which is a shame. The company could develop and grow so much faster if only senior managment realised that sales managers and directors lack the experience, and are blided by their ego.

      Wonderful team, competitive pay, interesting job, career and professional growth.

      Very bad life/work balance, all employees work overtime with no additional pay or recognition.
