      great company to start an IT career

      Pros

      a nice work for young ppl to try an IT experience, language practice, full medical assurance, white regular salary

      Cons

      low change to grow, all new ideas or changes are very hard to implement and it takes incredibly of time if it finally gets accepted

      Pros

      - amazing colleagues due to a common multicultural background (some were abroad, studied abroad, or just love to travel) - average age is 23-24, which makes a nice atmosphere - was an average good salary - cool once-a-year event and team building

      Cons

      - terrible management - team leads are too young with 0 of competence in managing their teams - upper management - sitting comfy on their backs, due to an economical situation decided to massively downsize the personnel in order to justify lower performance (although 36% of growth each year is pretty good, isn't it?) - very rude managers - were lying about feedbacks from colleague in order force people to leave with a letter of resignation (more than 10 people were "fired" that way) - no career: there are basically 2 positions in sales and 2 in channel. 2 years of work is way enough for this company.

      Pros

      If you are willing to work hard you will be rewarded. Best software in the industry and they treat their employees very well. Benefits are great and start day one! There is always money to be made but you have to work for it. Decent entry level salary and generous commission payouts. Fun company to work for and it is for the most part a laid back atmosphere. Minimum amount of drama, most people are team players and everyone looks out for each other. Plenty of fun events including happy hours and kickoff.

      Cons

      Everything is constantly being restructured and results in chaos. Management is too over bearing at times. Thing are enforced and forgotten weeks later.
