      Once the best company in the city, now losing it's charm

      Pros

      Flexible when working from home, only 1 day per week mandatory at the office; very good private health insurance package and big budget on benefits platform; you can self manage your daily schedule, not overloaded with meetings etc

      Cons

      no chance to work remotely from outside of Romania around 35% of the salary is based on commission that is changed annually, during my 4 years of working I had the 2nd and 3rd year when I had my salary lower by 10%. The higher management is changing rules of sales and commission quarterly, hard to keep up with all of those sometimes big push to upsell even if you are technically in the renewal department

      Dated tech playing catchup, but will get there. Still perceived as tool for VMWare, when it is much more.

      communication from leaders to the field is poor.
