Pros

The team at Veeam knows exactly what they're doing. These people are seasoned veterans in the IT field and working with them was a delight. Managers were very attentive to the newcomers, other employees are quick to lend a helping hand, the pay starting out is great and they have a culture of internal promotion.

Cons

The training is pretty lack luster and often times is given by someone who doesn't quite speak English well and some of the training instructors that you're assigned for your group don't really follow up with you on questions or any assistance you might need. You're kind of just thrown into training, left to figure it out at times. Some of the work, depending on what team you're on, can be backbreaking and you might end up doing 10-12 hour shifts on a phone, meanwhile expected to clear a very high amount of issues during your shift.

Pros

Once you have some experience, it can be an easy job. I found some engineers with a couple of years of experience had not much difficulties handling a lot of incoming phone calls.

Cons

Things learned here may not be useful for other companies. It was a like call center job requiring Veeam Product knowledge. 3 hours incoming call handling in the morning and 3 hours incoming call handling in the afternoon.
