Pros

-Very open communication between all employees and all departments. -The atmosphere created by all employees is welcoming and supportive. -compensation and bonuses are consistent when you work hard individually and as a team. -Growth opportunity. I have started my career at Veeam 1 year ago, with no previous knowledge in IT or software. I worked hard and studied to make sure I can become knowledgeable in this industry but received a lot of help from my managers and colleagues. If you are a self-driven, sociable person that is eager to excel and grow, this is the place you want to be! Throughout the last 12 months, I have been promoted twice after being able to prove my dedication to this company and Veeam offers so much opportunity for growth. I can't recommend a workplace more than Veeam, truly changed my life.

Cons

-It could get stressful when changes are implemented before they are placed in the system and at times, will get overwhelming. However, like I mentioned before, if you dedicate some time and attention to adapting to these changes, you will be okay. All workplaces have moving parts and changes being made, but I go into all situations with a positive attitude and that has helped me succeed.

* Good salary package (at least in Eastern EMEA) * You can actually make a career here - possibilities for growth exist * Managers do praise your work and input, your contribution is recognized * Functional management is approachable * The company did a lot for the employees when ceasing the entity in Russia

Cons

* All employees are treated extremely differently depending on the general role (R&D and non-R&D) * A lot of support words towards minorities, but absolutely no real actions to support people * D&I, equality, and equity are a farce at Veeam - maybe something what is being pursued in the US, but not in other locations * The most hope bringing words you can hear from CEO & COO are "We feel you, but you can always leave" * At every discussion the Company is boasting about money spent on employees needs, while it is not always money which counts * Work-life balance is almost absent, vacation time is not tolerated by management
