      Pros

      Working at Veeam software is simply amazing. The working atmosphere is always positive, inclusive and open for new ideas. All the new hires benefit of extensive onboarding process and help during their first months. The teams in all departments are well structured and are finding a way to accomodate everyone. In my opinion, Veeam feels right because it cares about the employee himself and puts a lot of attention to the work-life balance of all. It is amazing because of the amazing people working for the company.

      Cons

      Some procedures are not very well established yet and the change management can be improved.

      It’s great for people who have never worked in this type of field

      Cons

      They over work you and under pay you. When you ask for a raise they tell you no they don’t have the funds but then will hire new people and give them even more. It’s also a boys club. If your are not part of it (regardless gender) you won’t go anywhere.
