- the job is interesting and certainly not tedious - company culture - projects and technologies one gets to work on and with - little bureaucracy - promotion is actually a thing - benefits

Cons

- the job can get demanding at times of release - it might get tricky to get in. 3 rounds of interview. One should show interest in software testing and ability to think outside of box. Having in mind that quality is pivotal is the key.
