Pros

Leadership at the inside level is great. Good benefits. Work from home.

Cons

Leadership in the field and above are absolutely trash. No incentive to train you. You're just a number too them. They won't give you a fair raise and it's unlikely you'll get one even if you move within the company.

When the situation escalated in Ukraine - Veeam took every and all measures to make sure that employees feel taken care of - financially aided employees in their voluntary relocation and provided more than fair salary and benefits packaging to allow employees to not feel threatened by growing world tensions

Cons

At times the company overall strategy seems intransparent
