      Best Support team in the world

      Pros

      - Interesting and challenging daily tasks - Product is very good and fun to work with, overall technical stack is up to date and used all over the world - Epic team, very friendly environment - Good management (all managers I encountered are very professional and good people, starting from my personal TL) - Career opportunities - Personal and professional growth - Competative salary

      Cons

      - This work is hard, if you are looking for job to slack and get salary this is not for you - As most of tasks are related to production environments it can be stressfull - Working with people is not for everyone ^tbh can be pros for some people - Hard to find work/life balance

To enhance this we conduct a yearly ACR to ensure our employees are well compensated and promoted based on factors like performance and leadership potential.
