No formal training for new hires. A week of going over the company and shadowing is not formal training. The pay here has become an absolute joke. The fact that they group everyone in a role into the same salary/commission structure isn't fair for the employees who work hard and out perform their peers. No bonus at the end of the year and no chance to ask for a raise based on performance from the previous year. With all the changes happening in this company, people are getting promoted to positions they are not prepared for. This has to change in order to retain top talent at this company.

mostly due to growing pains, the US is trying to flex its muscle to the detriment of EMEA. This is bringing more restrictions and process which is necessary but at time is denting creativity.
