Pros
Lots of opportunities to start or continue a career in Sales, Marketing or Engineering as its a big team in Australia (for a privately owned Vendor) Good engagement with the industry - partners love the company and there is lots of networking with the big players from an Alliance perspective Management seem to take advantage of working for a private company in that they are quick to adjust to trends and create new opportunities for their employees including new roles and promotions Opportunity to move inter departmentally Very diverse (age, gender, background etc) - but overall quite energetic team
Cons
Very fast pace - not necessarily bad - but not for everybody. If you're not into technology - probably the constant updates, version releases and APIs would be overwhelming to keep on top of - but for those who love technology it's a dream as Veeam tend to be first to respond in the market
