Pros
Veeam has a Great Product and very nice people. Growing fast so lots of room to get promoted at Veeam if a title is what you are looking for.
Cons
Too many cooks in the kitchen. Poor management strategy. Need more experienced individuals rather than always promoting young and inexperienced people without the qualifications. Company needs to focus on creating a sales team with a long term plan in place rather that always changing the structure every year. Also, too many internal battles between the inside and outside sales teams. Company will not be successful if your sales teams are not aligned as 1 Sales Team that can divide and conquer.
