Cons
Management team is terrible. Compensation plans are never when you need them, and they are light years from being a serious company in the way they manage the employees. In the case of remote offices (Outside US) it is a mess... they have no direct presence in any country except the US (Even in their development Silo in eastern europe the employees are not employees of Veeam per se). Final opinion: It's good as long as you are really (REALLY) confortable in startup-style companies (which by the way, they don't let you in... no stock options whatsoever.) and of course, if you're in sales, be sure your base salary is enough for your living and you can wait with no hurries your comission...
