Pros
Immediate benefits and stock options. Product sells itself and requires very little skill to sell. Want to do the right thing, but no one is empowered to do so. Opportunity to travel and lots of energy. Ferret your options out very carefully.
Cons
Weak management team from executive to line level. Seems to consistently lose talent to better run companies. Culture value of Speed and Innovation is really a cover up for lack of leadership and competency. People themselves are nice and at heart of it, want to do the right thing, they just don't have the power or the directive to do so.
