Pros
I love the atmosphere in this office. We have a great group of people who work well together and always have fun. The Veeam Vibes team puts together employee events, charity opportunities and more. The work is fast-paced and every day is a new adventure. The culture is great here. It is very rare to come across someone with a bad attitude. One of the core values is One Team, One Veeam and it can truly be felt when you step into the office. One of the biggest pros working at Veeam is the ability to grow. Many folks, including myself, get promoted quickly. Management does a great job highlighting employees who are excelling and always give credit where it is due. I love that Veeam looks to grow their team from within.
Cons
It is getting better recently, but this office needs more diversity and representation from women and minorities. Also, I wish the 401k would allow us to put in more than 15% of our checks. I like to control how much and when I contribute to my retirement accounts.
