      - Hard work is rewarded ( Very interesting Bonus) - Benefits are the best - unlimited Home Office - Awesome office - Hardware provided is good - KB is probably the best I saw

      Cons

      - Lots of work sometimes it is overwhelming - products are complex to master ( but there is always a KB article about the features
