      Pros

      Work life balance that is great. Flexible management Company leadership is responsive to questions and needs and adjusts according to the market and employee requests. Feels like a start up in many ways. It doesn't have the dinosaur feel like Microsoft or Oracle. It feels fresh and this resonates through the entire company. Great salaries.

      Cons

      Once the company goes public, many of its great features might disappear.

We are constantly striving to improve internal communications, such as with initiatives like our monthly town hall with our CEO where we explain new objectives and strategy. We will also continuously gather feedback through our Pulse surveys and the upcoming Veeam Voice annual survey to ensure we keep listening to our People!
