      Terrible Micro Management

      - Good payment if you reach your target.

      Cons

      - The sales target it's not realistic. - micro management, control freaks, obsessed with call activities. - tracking activities. - they focus on controlling people instead of growing them - health insurance plan is cheapest on the market. - if you ask help to do your job better you will just end up in PIP for not doing your job well enough. - encouraging competition.
