      Pros

      It’s great for people who have never worked in this type of field

      Cons

      They over work you and under pay you. When you ask for a raise they tell you no they don’t have the funds but then will hire new people and give them even more. It’s also a boys club. If your are not part of it (regardless gender) you won’t go anywhere.

      - Good benefits, decent pay, and positive work/life balance. - Clear paths for growth. - Solid products, easy to sell. - Fun culture

      Cons

      - Noticed a decent amount of attrition over the last year. - Heavily focused on metrics. - The partner managers need to focus on building the channel and working with partners to bring in deals instead of faking metrics.

      Cons

      - It is required and supported that employees perform, and show best they can, might look like a company with high demand. - everyone is involved in the sales process - staying focused is the key to success, not everyone can handle it
