      They value family and people . Best company and group of people both My husband and I worked with ! From the HR person Tracey Cayer to all the HR people and the manager we work closely with , the team and colleague are all amazing people . It’s like a family !!! We see ourselves working with Veeam until we will be retiring ! It’s the BEST COMPANY you could ever work for !!!

      Great Product, Great People

      Pros

      Great product to sell, solid team of sales engineers to help get the technical win with customers. Great work life balance. Everyone is friendly and wants you to succeed. Plethora of business opportunities to advance your career. Relatively young company that is a leader in the backup space with a lot of room to grow.

      Cons

      Veeam doesn't provide any official paperwork for promotions or salary increases. There is an update on your account reflecting a change but you don't get any documentation for personal records. Be sure you understand exactly how your comp plan works.
