      Pros

      The company will provide many resources as part of your team to help you find deals and create pipeline. Match 401k. Technology has positive feedback from SMB and mid-market customers.

      Cons

      Upper management will micro manage to the point of daily updates in Salesforce then ask for updates on the updates and a couple internal calls a week to walk through the updates. Customer feedback can be negative in terms of outreach by many different Veeam personas at the same time.

      it's a great company to work

      - at least for support engineers, the positions are fully remote - great salary, even greater than other companies for the same position

      - workload is heavy - while the pay is great, benefits could improve
