      Pros

      I've been with Veeam since 2018 and all I can say is that this is a workplace where I feel really appreciated and the salary is better and better every year.

      Cons

      Work from home. If it wasn't the covid-19 situation, no work from home.

      Great Product, Great People

      Pros

      Great product to sell, solid team of sales engineers to help get the technical win with customers. Great work life balance. Everyone is friendly and wants you to succeed. Plethora of business opportunities to advance your career. Relatively young company that is a leader in the backup space with a lot of room to grow.

      Cons

      Veeam doesn't provide any official paperwork for promotions or salary increases. There is an update on your account reflecting a change but you don't get any documentation for personal records. Be sure you understand exactly how your comp plan works.

      Pros

      Great company culture, big on training, lots of tools and resources available for your job, great compensation compared to similar jobs, a push for teamwork and supporting each other, people are encouraged to grow and move up

      Cons

      For my position in particular, many people work over their hours in order to get the job done. They dont have to but many do. Days are very full. Not much down time and lots of meetings but that is a pro and a con lol
