      Good place for starting

      Pros

      - Atmosphere. - Team. - Flexible workflow. - Possibility to become a high-paid engineer without any deep knowledge.

      Cons

      - Salary. Hardly many engineers get a fair salary. - Support is the dead end. - No way to learn eny technology deep. - Poor education and knowledge sharing. - Very high load on support engineer. Difficult to find time even for a lunch.
