Great Salary but minimal learning

Pros

Above average salary, some of the folks are very intellectual and amazing teachers!

Cons

Very Political Even though there are very smart people working with you, everyone holds their knowledge so you're learning curve is pretty flat. There is no training program for a new hiree, and way too many contractors and they hold their knowledge so very difficult to learn Repetitive work
