The team is full of amazing people. Company culture is very flat so you can talk to anyone. Your managers will support you in meeting your personal career goals and connect you with the resources you need to be where you want to be. Benefits are great (10% base salary as stock bonus, $500/yr fitness reimbursement, 1% salary bonus for charity of your choice, affordable healthcare ~$100/mo)

Cons

401(k) match is on the lower side (not percentage based - first $2,000 match) Training/onboarding could be improved Overall not much to complain about
