      Work life balance, people, collaboration, work from home, incentives, great CEO who cares, innovative, meaningful work, relevant work, opportunity for growth.

      Younger company, if you don’t like working from home this isn’t the place for you

      Pros

      Company is great and so are the employees. The CEO genuinely cares about growing the company and keeping the culture. Unlimited PTO, can use 2% of your salary for book or classes to develop skills. Fitness reimbursement and stock. They like to promote within so there is plenty of opportunity to grow and learn.

      Cons

      If you don't like to work from home or travel this position might not be for you. Or if you're not self motivated.

      Pros

      Veeva's emphasis on people made it such a great place to work. Whether it's advocating for employees or customers, the people-centric culture is consistent throughout the entire organization. I felt fortunate to work for such a fantastic company that had outstanding benefits as well. I would have never left if compensation had been fair to market value.

      Cons

      Management is disconnected from what is happening and does not have the desire to stay in step with the expected. Pay is below what is expected in many roles.
