      Pros

      I really appreciate the team I am on and all the opportunities I have had to learn at Veeva. There is a development program that allows you to use 2% of your base salary for development. Not only is this valuable to me, I also love that I am able to learn on the job as well. I have been surrounded with managers and peers that are very motivating and supportive. I have had an excellent journey at Veeva so far and look forward to everything else I can learn along the way!

      I don't look at anything as a negative. I look at things as a learning experience.

      Pros

      Excellent interview process. I communicated with 4 different Veeva employees over the entire process. Loved the candidate exercise. While it was a lot of work and took a week to complete, it is a great way to become familiar with the product Veeva sells. If you like the candidate exercise, you will like the job if hired.

      Cons

      Need a 3.0 cumulative GPA to get the job. Potentially weeding out some other great employees. One thing I have learned, especially for consultant positions, is that college grades do not matter much. It is more communication and understanding the product. 10% of what you learn in college is actually applicable to the real world.

      - New campus with free lunch, and dinner togo box everyday - Friendly co-workers - Good work life balance.

      Cons

      - Compensation package below market price. - No shuttles, not convenient for people who live far away. - Micro management sometimes.
