      Their Crossix team is on a clear decline. Toxic competitive environment, work leads in no direction.

      Free lunch, the developer orgs have much better infrastructure for growing young engineers

      Cons

      Terrible QA leadership and work culture. Silent firings disguised by leadership telling people they left the company, manipulating metrics, and pressuring employees to work beyond core working hours because they are “lucky to have a job”

      Salary and benefits were solid

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Lots of what they call veevaisms and the Veeva way. Management only used this way when it was convenient for them. Highest amount of ego I’ve ever seen in an organization
