periods of high intensity up to 80 hour weeks for multiple weeks in a row. Large company bureaucracy. Paltry entry-level pay for associate consultants. Now requiring that associate consultants move to Boston/NYC despite the rest of the company working remotely. Will hire a new entry level consultant - put them through bootcamp and fire them two weeks in. Clearly a callous and unethical way to treat entry level employees. They cite bringing in the best people but pay poorly in comparison to other service based entry level positions.

Weak leadership, afraid to question the higher ups. Was sold on promises when hired that never did and never will come to fruition. I have been lucky in my journey, but I know of many coworkers who are held back from promotions for seemingly trivial reasons.
