      Solid but Misleading

      Pros

      Fully remote company. No micro management (on my team). Competitive Pay. Benefits are okay but I've seen better.

      Cons

      Weak leadership, afraid to question the higher ups. Was sold on promises when hired that never did and never will come to fruition. I have been lucky in my journey, but I know of many coworkers who are held back from promotions for seemingly trivial reasons.

      Pros

      People in the services team are highly intelligent and ambitious. There’s always more to learn and you’re able to learn in a fast paced environment.

      Cons

      Management communication is poor. Employees feel under appreciated because of decisions made my senior leadership. Their focus on “lean teams” have driven many services members to be overworked and burned out.
