We are a company that is really great at what we do, focused on where we are going, filled with incredibly smart people and driven by customer success and making amazing products. I love working here!

Cons

Veeva is not a culture for everyone. It lends itself to high achievers and those that are very self-motivated and confident. There is an expectation for you to be the "captain of your own ship."

Pros

-The Culture and people are amazing! -CEO seems to genuinely care about his employees. -Great work life balance (work remotely and flexible schedule, not to mention unlimited PTO, and Veeva break which is the last week of the year). -There is a lot of transparency and everyone seems to genuinely want to be there and do their job. -The company is growing as well and constantly hiring new people. Seems like there is a lot of room for growth and advancement which is wonderful!

Cons

-Insurance is okay but not the greatest. -Interview process is lengthy (technically this is a good thing though because they really have great people here and it’s worth it! So not really a con I suppose)

Culture is amazing! Fun! Poistive! WORK ANYWHERE policy. Go into the office if you want or work from a coffee shop or home. Salaries are good! They let you donate to charity of your choice. (not a match, they donate) Public Benefit Corporation! They care about the employees and the customers. They let you switch departments or roles of you would like to, so join Veeva and sky's the limit. Benefits are great too!

None, this company is amazing! Everyone is so positive and the culture is so fun!
