Pros
Since joining Veeva they have far exceeded my expectations. Yes, there are some fantastic perks in the role... remote work, all the office equipment you would ever need, gym reimbursement, professional development allowance, frequent team meet ups (pre/post covid!), working with an international team, etc. However, why the I believe this is the best place I have ever worked goes far beyond that. The company values automony and hires smart people, the leadership is engaged and focused on professional development, the product is the market leader and only continues to get better, and the company is forward thinking driven by innovation. We are growing from 4,000 to 10,000 employees by 2025 so if you are considering applying, I'd encourage you to do so as I can't think of a better company to grow your professional career!
Cons
Sometimes internal decisions can be slower than expected. However, I come from a start up background where decisions are made on the fly. One of Veeva's core values is speed so I am confident we move much faster than similar sized companies.
