Pros
Customer Success really does come first. If you want to try something new, tackle a new challenge, or see something you think can be done in a better way, as long as you can show that it is the right thing for customers, you will have the support to do it. Veeva is a great place for people who are entrepreneurial and for those who are "A" players. Many very smart, driven people work here...which means you are surrounded by really great people who do their jobs well.
Cons
Veeva's culture likely won't appeal to people who expect to be told what to do. Communication and projects can be a bit siloed.
