Management does not care about any of their subordinates. If you are not best friends with the director or smarter than them there is no chance of growing within the company. Any problem, regardless of where it stems from is always blamed on the analysts. Lots of hypocrisy within the company. Management consistently misses their hiring goals year after year causing severe employee burnout which is rewarded with letting go of many people after the busy season. Overall a ver hostile and uncomfortable environment especially for people of color.

They do not have work life balance. They look for people near hubs and say “work anywhere” but favor employees who go to the office in terms of advancement. The people they have let go do not have a pattern. Favorites are picked. If you are considering working at Veeva… please know that people who are successful work 24/7, do not use their sick or PTO time, and management is difficult to get in touch with.
