      Culture, opportunities to grow, great work-life balance and awesome people all around.

      Cons

      The onboarding process can be cumbersome but there is just so much to learn. The PTO policy is a little interesting, you get 15 days, regardless of seniority, so someone working for 10 years will have the same vacation days as a new hire out of college. I've never seen that at a company before, but between a week off at Christmas time and the 15 days it is ample.
