      Fair pay (tech industry), lots to learn and youre able to take on a ton of responsibility very early on in your career.

      Cons

      very rigid promotion/raise system. day to day can feel repetitive and often feels that you work at a powerpoint factory. helping billionaires in big pharma become richer.

      Veeva offers a great working environment for people who are highly motivated, mission-driven, like working in a fast-paced environment, and value transparency.

      Cons

      The fast-paced environment can create communication challenges. For people who are sensitive to receiving transparent and constructive feedback, need a play-book, want clarity on who is responsible for what at all times and are more focused on their own title and/or career progression than the overall mission, Veeva is not likely a good fit.
