The office and equipement are nice.
Cons
There is a toxic culture of feeling always the need to justify yourself, even if you are completing your tasks. You feel constantly threatened and in need to prove yourself. Employees need to outperform each other because the weakest link is fired and replaced by a new emplyee. And the story is repeated. If you give feedback, it will be used against you, and even HR are not there to help you but to save management from repercussions.
