      Flexible PTO is very lenient and Work from anywhere is TRUE, was able to take care of family in another state for 2 months for an emergency.

      Fair pay (tech industry), lots to learn and youre able to take on a ton of responsibility very early on in your career.

      Cons

      very rigid promotion/raise system. day to day can feel repetitive and often feels that you work at a powerpoint factory. helping billionaires in big pharma become richer.
