Pros

Veeva seems to be the greatest place to work ever. They treat people right, have a great and happy culture. Only bad thing is it may be "too good" at times.

Cons

Everything seems to be great all the time. With that, there are some drawbacks that may not be drawbacks to others. As they're growing, I fear they will lose some of that "perfect" company status.
