Pros
Learning opportunities are there if you seek them, RSU's are great and they vest quarterly, work with a lot of great people, no micro-managing and good WLB, they provide everything you need to WFH including monitors, headphones, keyboard/mouse, and even discounts on a desk and chair, end of year break between Christmas and New Years which is awesome, working with Engineering leadership was a great experience/partnership
Cons
Not much opportunity for growth, PTO policy is not flexible - was unlimited when joined and changed to 15 days, not too much 1 on 1 time with direct manager outside of annual reviews unless you took the initiative to meet additionally which I will say if you do this they will take the time and provide support you need
