      An amazing company - one to watch but the marketing department is a very unhappy place.

      Pros

      The salary and share scheme are generous There are some amazing people working here It’s a company many would be proud to work for It has a great reputation in the industry.

      Cons

      Kept isolated from the rest of the organisation, the marketing department is a very unhappy, abnormal place. The team work incredibly hard in an atmosphere of genuine fear and public humiliation. It’s important for both candidates and employers to do back channel checks when looking for a job. This may not be the place for you if you have a family or a personal life.

      Pros

      Good travel, training, company is doing well.

      Cons

      Terrible structure within marketing, many people who join leave immediately. Too many meetings, too much admin, not enough focus on execution. Very poor work life balance. No real understanding of marketing metrics and focus on vanity metrics like, likes, clicks, shares. No lead tracking, no understanding of tracking leads in funnel. Lots and lots and lots of PowerPoint, meetings.

      Cons

      Micro Managed Company. Not sure if its applied to all teams but few teams yes. They do blind checks in your previous company, which is good but before your tell your previous company they would have got to know beforehand , genuinely this is can be biased both the ways. Time check is noted if we are 10 - 15 mins late even if its occasional. Suggest you do some ground work on your reporting manager before you accept the position from the company
