Worst company I’ve ever worked for. Management are unhelpful and don’t trust your expertise. They tell you about amazing career progression opportunities but then blocks you from getting there. They don’t pay after being promoted until the next financial year. Upper management is not being transparent. Emotional burnout is a common thing. It’s mostly US centered there isn’t real opportunities in the rest of the world even if you’re good at the job and put in lots of extra work. Pay is very low. They keep expanding when the current employees are not happy and the current structure is falling apart. Ageism and nepotism is also a common practise.

One of Veeva’s value is ‘employee success’ but this couldn’t further from the truth. In this company your opinion does not matter, the only thing they care about is whether the client is happy. I was treated very badly here as there is a toxic work culture where you are made to feel like a cog in a machine. They are firing people weekly and those who are graduating out of the program weren’t given the raise they were expecting. So they aren’t doing right by the people who are doing well or those struggling. I was only allotted 15 mins for my exit interview which to me proves just how little they wanted to hear about the feedback I had. I could not recommend this graduate program less.
