An organization full of Like minded individuals who are smart and goal oriented. Energy levels are always high and a very fast paced environment, still people across the globe are supportive. Very flat - non-hierarchical organisation, highly collaborative.

Cons

Stressful at times due to huge workload. Yearly hikes are in single digit

You work with some great people. Especially past associates will be very supportive of you. Higher level management (director level) do not understand how much work the associates are actually doing, and how much pressure is being put on them. But program alums that are management are understanding.

Cons

Working with clients can be difficult. Especially teaching software to people that aren't as tech savvy. Sometimes clients in the industry can be extremely emotionally damaging especially in a remote environment where they don't have to see the other humans face. It can beat you up a bit to constantly get grilled by unrealistic clients daily.
