      Great on the outside - mediocre on the inside

      Pros

      Average market compensation, great product with focus, customers are nice to work with most of the time - but not always. Usually you get to work with very smart people. Very fast paced and big challenges if you like this type of workplace. Truly global company.

      Cons

      Management is very top down. From the outside - everything looks perfect - internally however many processes are missing, and truly chaotic at times. Company is still evolving - but in this process a lot of the unique cultural aspects are gone. No balance for personal life. It comes down to what type of manager do you have.

      Pros

      -Runs like a startup even though it is a publicly traded company. -Work/life balance. -Culture-catered lunches every Tuesday for example. -Opportunities for growth. -Competitive pay

      Cons

      -Can be tricky aligning goals with global offices. -Difficult to understand the product initially but they provide you the necessary tools to help you understand. Just takes time.

      - Really great work culture, flexible hours, a genuinely diverse team and good management in the local Toronto office - The company is doing really well and will be expanding a TON in Canada, so a lot of opportunity for growth - Innovative, diving into new industries and not just life sciences and pharma - Great perks! Free weekly lunch/Unlimited Snacks. happy hours, competitive pay - Good work life balance/ability to work from home

      Cons

      - Office is a bit crowded due to the growth spurt, while the new office is underway and should be ready at the end of the year..
